    3. Installation Steps

    1. Pre-installation Preparation

      • Confirm that the air supply pressure is within the range of 0.15~0.8 MPa
      • Ensure the air supply has been filtered through a 40μm filter
      • Check that the valve model matches the installation requirements
    2. Installation Location Selection

      • Choose a well-ventilated location away from direct sunlight
      • Ensure there is sufficient space around the valve for operation and maintenance
      • Avoid installing on equipment with severe vibration
    3. Piping Connection

      • Confirm that the pipes are clean and free of impurities and moisture
      • Connect the air inlet (P), air outlet (A/B), and exhaust port (R/S) according to the markings on the valve body
      • Use appropriate sealing material (such as PTFE tape) to ensure a tight connection
      • Be careful not to over-tighten the pipes to avoid damaging the valve body
    4. Fixed Installation

      • Use suitable bolts to fix the valve to the mounting surface
      • Ensure the valve is securely installed without looseness

    3A(4)

    4. Operation Guide

    1. Initial Start-up

      • Slowly open the air supply and observe if the valve operates normally
      • Check for leaks at all connections
      • Confirm that the valve action direction meets requirements
    2. Normal Operation

      • Control the valve switching through control signals
      • Regularly check if the valve operates smoothly and accurately
      • Monitor the pressure gauge to ensure working pressure is within the specified range
    3. Emergency Stop

      • In case of emergency, close the air supply shut-off valve
      • If abnormal sounds or leaks are detected, stop use immediately and inspect

    3A(5)

    5. Maintenance

    1. Daily Inspection

      • Check for leaks at all connections
