1. Product Overview
The WENK Pneumatic 3V Series Solenoid Valve is a high-performance 3-port 2-position directional control valve designed for precision control in pneumatic systems. Featuring a compact aluminum alloy body with advanced surface treatment, this valve offers exceptional durability and long service life.
Available in both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) configurations, the 3V Series provides versatile solutions for various automation applications.

3. Installation Steps

Pre-installation Preparation

- Check that the valve model matches the installation requirements

Installation Location Selection
- Choose a well-ventilated location away from direct sunlight
- Ensure there is sufficient space around the valve for operation and maintenance
- Avoid installing on equipment with severe vibration
- Avoid installation in corrosive environments unless special protective measures are taken

Piping Connection
- Confirm that the pipes are clean and free of impurities and moisture
- Connect the air inlet (P), air outlet (A), and exhaust port (R) according to the markings on the valve body
- Use appropriate sealing material (such as PTFE tape) to ensure a tight connection
- Be careful not to over-tighten the pipes to avoid damaging the valve body

4. Operation Guide

- Confirm that the valve action direction meets requirements

- Control the valve switching through control signals
- Regularly check if the valve operates smoothly and accurately
- Monitor the pressure gauge to ensure working pressure is within the specified range
- Pay attention to the coil temperature; if abnormal high temperature is detected, stop use immediately

Emergency Stop
- In case of emergency, cut off the power supply and air supply
- If abnormal sounds or leaks are detected, stop use immediately and inspect
