3. Installation Steps

Pre-installation Preparation
- Confirm that the power supply voltage matches the solenoid valve rated voltage
- Verify that the air supply pressure is within the range of 0.15~0.8 MPa
- Ensure the air supply has been filtered through a 40μm filter
- Check that the valve model matches the installation requirements

Installation Location Selection
- Choose a well-ventilated location away from direct sunlight
- Ensure there is sufficient space around the valve for operation and maintenance
- Avoid installing on equipment with severe vibration
- Avoid installation in corrosive environments unless special protective measures are taken

NAMUR Standard Installation
- Install the valve directly on the actuator according to NAMUR standards
- Use suitable bolts to fix the valve to the actuator
- Ensure the valve is securely installed without looseness
- Check that the mounting surface is clean and free of impurities

Piping Connection
- Confirm that the pipes are clean and free of impurities and moisture
