Product Overview
The 4V Series Solenoid Valve is a high-performance directional control valve designed by WENK Pneumatic for precise airflow management in industrial pneumatic systems. The 4V Series offers multiple configuration options including single solenoid, double solenoid, and three-position five-port types (center closed, center exhaust, center pressure), providing flexible configuration for different application scenarios. Installation Steps

Confirm Installation Environment:
- Ensure the installation location is dry, clean, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures
- Reserve sufficient operating space for wiring and maintenance

Pipeline Preparation:
- Ensure connecting pipelines are clean, free of impurities and moisture
- Pipeline inner diameter should match the valve port size
- It is recommended to install a filter (40μm or finer) at the air inlet

Valve Installation:
- Use appropriate tools to install the valve in the designated position
- Ensure the valve is securely installed to avoid vibration and loosening
- Connect the inlet pipe (P), outlet pipes (A/B), and exhaust pipes (R/S) according to the markings on the valve body

Electrical Connection:
- Confirm that the power supply voltage matches the valve's rated voltage
- Connect the power cord according to the wiring diagram
- Ensure the connections are secure to avoid short circuits and open circuits

Operation Guide

Single Solenoid Valve Operation:
- When energized: Valve switches to working position (P→A, B→S)
- When de-energized: Valve resets under spring action (P→B, A→R)
- Manual operation: Press the manual button to temporarily switch the valve state

Double Solenoid Valve Operation:
- Coil A energized: Valve switches to position A (P→A, B→S)
- Coil B energized: Valve switches to position B (P→B, A→R)
- When de-energized: Valve maintains current position (memory function)
- Manual operation: Press the manual buttons on side A/B respectively to temporarily switch the valve state

Three-position Five-port Solenoid Valve Operation:
- Coil A energized: Valve switches to position A (P→A, B→S)
- Coil B energized: Valve switches to position B (P→B, A→R)
- Both coils de-energized: Valve returns to center position, with three possible states depending on model:
- Center closed type (C): All ports are mutually closed
- Center exhaust type (E): Ports A and B exhaust, port P closed
- Center pressure type (P): Ports A and B connected to port P

Status Indication:
- Determine the valve working position based on the on/off status of the solenoid valve coil
- Judge the valve working status through the action of connected pneumatic components
