Installation Steps for 4V Series Solenoid Valve

Pre-installation: Prepare tools and materials such as a torque wrench and PTFE thread seal tape. Check that the solenoid valve is intact, confirm the air supply pressure (0.15-0.8MPa) and power supply voltage are compatible, and ensure the installation environment is away from vibration and high temperatures.

Step-by-step Installation: First, clean the air circuit interfaces, wrap 3-4 layers of PTFE thread seal tape around the threads, connect the pipelines according to the markings, and tighten them to the corresponding torque. Then install the coil and connect the power supply (avoid energizing both coils of a dual-coil valve simultaneously). Finally, fix the valve body (for manifold installation, arrange the valves in sequence with a spacing of ≥10mm).

Post-installation Testing: Test the spool movement manually without power. When energized, listen for the spool switching sound, measure the pressure, and check for leaks. Connect downstream equipment to confirm the action logic is correct.

Precautions: Do not reverse the air port connections. When supplying air for the first time, slowly open the air supply valve to gradually increase the pressure to the working level. Measure the insulation resistance to prevent electric leakage, and reserve space for maintenance. Add protective devices for special environments.

5. Troubleshooting: For interface leaks, re-wrap the thread seal tape. If there is no action, check the power connections. For excessive coil temperature, control the voltage and increase heat dissipation.
