Installation Steps for AC Series F.R.L

Pre-installation preparation: Ensure the installation environment is free from severe vibration, corrosive gases, and high temperatures. Check that the product model and specifications meet the system requirements. Prepare appropriate tools and sealing materials.
Determine installation direction: Install according to the airflow direction marking on the product (usually indicated by an arrow), ensuring compressed air enters through the inlet and exits through the outlet. Reverse installation is not allowed.
Fix the installation position: Select matching pipes according to the connection diameter. Fix the pressure regulating filter on the pipeline or bracket through threaded connection. When installing, keep the valve body vertical with the filter cup facing downward for easy drainage and maintenance.

Connect the pipeline: Clean impurities and oil stains in the pipeline before connection. Wrap sealing tape around the threaded interface (being careful not to block the air passage), and tighten moderately with a wrench to avoid damaging the interface due to over-tightening.
Install accessories: If an automatic drain is equipped, connect the corresponding pipeline according to the instruction manual. Install accessories such as protective covers and ensure they are securely fixed.

Preliminary inspection: After installation, slowly open the upstream valve to allow compressed air to enter slowly. Check for air leakage at each connection. If there is air leakage, tighten in time or replace the sealing material.
Commissioning and setting: After the system stabilizes, rotate the pressure regulating knob (usually needs to be pulled up before rotating) to adjust the pressure to the required working pressure. Press the knob to lock after adjustment.
8. Final confirmation: Observe whether there is condensate accumulation in the filter cup, check if the pressure gauge reading is stable within the set range, and ensure the equipment operates normally.
