Pre-operation Check

1. Confirm that the air supply pressure is within the specified range
2. Check that all connections are secure
3. Ensure the working environment is clean with no impurities entering the cylinder

Operation Procedure

1. Slowly open the air supply valve to make the cylinder move slowly
2. Observe if the cylinder operates smoothly without abnormal noise
3. Test the working status of the magnetic switch (if any)
4. Adjust the working pressure and flow as needed

Operation Precautions

• Avoid using beyond the rated pressure
• Avoid long-term high-speed operation of the cylinder without lubrication
• Do not strike the cylinder body and piston rod
• Regularly check the cylinder operation status and stop for inspection if abnormalities are found

1. Cylinder does not operate

   • Possible causes:
     • Insufficient air supply pressure
     • Solenoid valve failure
     • Airway blockage
     • Damaged seals
   • Solutions:
     • Check air supply pressure and adjust to the specified range
     • Check solenoid valve working status, replace if necessary
     • Clean the airway to ensure smooth flow
     • Inspect seals and replace if necessary

2. Cylinder moves slowly or weakly

   • Possible causes:
     • Insufficient air supply pressure
     • Insufficient flow
     • Worn piston or piston rod seals
     • Worn cylinder barrel inner wall
   • Solutions:
     • Increase air supply pressure
     • Increase pipe diameter or reduce pipe length
     • Replace seals
     • Inspect cylinder barrel inner wall, replace cylinder if necessary

3. Cylinder operates unsteadily or with abnormal noise

   • Possible causes:
     • Improper adjustment of buffer device
     • Insufficient lubrication
     • Piston rod and cylinder barrel are not coaxial
     • Impurities inside the cylinder barrel
   • Solutions:
     • Adjust the buffer device
     • Increase lubrication
     • Reinstall and adjust coaxiality
     • Clean the cylinder interior

4. Air leakage

   • Possible causes:
     • Worn or damaged seals
     • Loose connection parts
     • Damaged cylinder barrel or piston rod
   • Solutions:
     • Replace seals
     • Tighten connection parts
     • Inspect cylinder barrel and piston rod, replace if necessary

5. Magnetic switch does not work

   • Possible causes:
     • Improper switch installation position
     • Switch failure
     • Insufficient magnet strength
   • Solutions:
     • Adjust switch position
     • Check switch circuit, replace if necessary
     • Contact supplier to check magnet strength
