Product Overview
The WENK Pneumatic BQE Series Quick Exhaust Valve is a high-performance pneumatic control component designed to significantly improve cylinder actuation speed. Installation Instructions

Pre-installation Preparation
- Verify that system pressure matches the valve's rated pressure
- Check pipeline cleanliness to ensure no impurities
- Prepare necessary installation tools
- Confirm valve direction markings (P for inlet, A for cylinder port, R for exhaust)

Installation Steps
- Mount the valve directly on the cylinder's exhaust port
- Use appropriate sealing material (e.g., PTFE tape) on threads
- Tighten the valve body with a wrench, taking care not to over-tighten (Recommended torque: 15-20N·m)
- Install a muffler on the exhaust port (R) to reduce noise

- Ensure correct valve orientation with arrow pointing in the exhaust direction
- Avoid installing near vibration sources
- Ensure concentric installation of valve body and pipeline
- Leave sufficient space for operation and maintenance
