1. Product Introduction
The CM3 Series Mechanical Valve is a high-performance 3/2 way mechanical valve introduced by WENK Pneumatic, specifically designed for precise pneumatic control in industrial automation systems. This series features aluminum alloy bodies and nitrile rubber seals, offering compact structure, reliable operation, and long service life.
The CM3 Series Mechanical Valve is suitable for various automation equipment, machinery, and industrial control systems. It can be used as position detection or stroke switches, or for manual control of circuit operations.

2. Installation Steps
Confirm installation location: Select an appropriate installation position ensuring the valve will not be subject to external interference during operation.

- Choose the appropriate mounting method (panel mounting or base mounting) as needed

3. Operation Guide

- Select the appropriate operation method based on the valve type (roller lever, button, or selector type)
- For roller lever valves, apply force through an external mechanical device to change the valve direction
- For button-type valves, press the button to change the valve direction, which automatically resets after release
- For selector-type valves, rotate the knob to the desired position

Working principle:
- The valve adopts a cutoff structure with inner ring sealing for excellent sealing performance
- Sensitive direction change without the need for lubrication
- When the valve is in the rest state, the inlet port (P) is disconnected from the working port (A), and the working port (A) is connected to the exhaust port (R)
- When the valve is operated, the inlet port (P) is connected to the working port (A), and the working port (A) is disconnected from the exhaust port (R)

- Do not exceed the valve's maximum working pressure and temperature range
- Avoid use in environments with strong vibration or impact
- Keep the valve clean to prevent dust and impurities from entering the valve body
