Pre-installation Preparation
- Confirm that the cylinder model matches the installation environment
- Check if the cylinder appearance is intact and undamaged
- Prepare necessary installation tools and accessories
- Ensure the installation surface is flat and clean
Installation Process
- Select the appropriate mounting surface based on installation space and orientation requirements
- Secure the cylinder in the installation position using suitable bolts:
- 6mm bore: M4 bolts
- 10mm bore: M5 bolts
- 16mm bore: M6 bolts
- 20mm bore: M6 bolts
- 25mm bore: M8 bolts
- 32mm bore: M8 bolts
- Connect the air supply pipeline, ensuring secure connections
- Install the magnetic switch (if any) and adjust to the appropriate position
- Check that all connections are secure and without looseness
Installation Precautions
- Apply thread locker to mounting bolts to prevent loosening
- Torque bolts according to specifications, avoiding over-tightening or under-tightening
- Ensure coaxiality between the cylinder and load
- Reserve sufficient buffer space to avoid collision
- Ensure correct pipeline connection without leakage
- Maintain appropriate spacing when installing multiple cylinders side by side
- Avoid subjecting the cylinder to excessive radial load and moment during installation

4. Operation Guide
Pre-operation Check
- Confirm that the air supply pressure is within the specified range
- Check that all connections are secure
- Ensure the working environment is clean with no impurities entering the cylinder
- If using a magnetic switch, confirm its proper operation
Operation Procedure
- Slowly open the air supply valve to make the cylinder move slowly
- Observe if the cylinder operates smoothly without abnormal noise
- Test the working status of the magnetic switch (if any)
- Adjust the working pressure and flow as needed
Operation Precautions
- Avoid using beyond the rated pressure
- Avoid long-term high-speed operation of the cylinder without lubrication
- Do not strike the cylinder body and piston rod
- Regularly check the cylinder operation status and stop for inspection if abnormalities are found
- Avoid adjusting or disassembling components while the cylinder is in operation
- Take care to protect the piston rod surface from scratches or contamination
- Avoid subjecting the cylinder to excessive lateral loads

5. Maintenance
Daily Maintenance
- Keep the cylinder exterior clean
- Check if the air supply pressure is stable
- Check for leaks at connection points
- Listen to the operating sound to determine if it is normal
Regular Maintenance
-
Weekly inspection:
- Cylinder operation status
- Fastening condition of connection parts
- Magnetic switch working status
-
Monthly inspection:
- Piston rod surface condition
- Buffering effect
- Seal condition
-
Quarterly inspection:
- Internal condition of the cylinder
- Replace worn seals
- Comprehensive cylinder cleaning
Maintenance Precautions
- Use recommended lubricants
- Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents
- Ensure the air supply is turned off during maintenance
