2. Working Principle
The CY1B/CY3B(RMS) magnetically coupled rodless cylinder operates based on the following principle:
- Magnetic coupling system: A set of high-strength permanent magnetic rings is installed on the piston, and another set is mounted inside the external slider
- Magnetic force transmission: The two sets of magnetic rings have opposite polarities, creating a strong attractive force through the thin-walled cylinder tube
- Pneumatic actuation: When compressed air pushes the piston to move within the cylinder tube, the magnetic force drives the external slider to move synchronously
- Synchronous movement: The attractive force between the internal and external magnetic rings ensures synchronized movement of the piston and slider
Note: The thrust of the cylinder piston must match the attractive force of the magnetic rings to prevent decoupling (known as "magnetic decoupling") caused by excessive air pressure or load.

3. Installation Procedure
