GT Series Pneumatic Vibrator User Manual

Product Introduction
The GT Series Pneumatic Vibrator from WENK Pneumatic is a high-performance turbine-type vibration device designed to solve material flow challenges in industrial production. Utilizing advanced turbine technology, this series of vibrators features compact size, lightweight design, and delivers powerful, adjustable centrifugal force suitable for various material handling applications.
Product Features:
- Constructed with extruded aluminum alloy, stove-enameled surface, and hardened end plates for excellent corrosion resistance
- Precision-engineered rotor with heavy-duty shielded ball bearings ensures smooth operation with low noise (60-75 dBA)
- No lubrication required, operates on clean compressed air, ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and other hygiene-sensitive industries
- Vibration intensity easily adjustable by regulating air pressure to meet different working condition requirements
- Comprehensive model range (GT-04 to GT-48) with centrifugal force ranging from 100-12,000 N and vibration frequency from 5,000-46,000 RPM

Working Principle
The GT Series Pneumatic Vibrator operates on a turbine-type working principle:
- Compressed air enters the vibrator, driving the internal rotor to rotate at high speed
- The eccentric design of the rotor generates centrifugal force, creating vibration
- Vibration frequency and amplitude can be precisely controlled by adjusting inlet pressure
- Vibration is transmitted through the vibrator body to the installed equipment, enabling material flow, screening, or compaction

Installation Steps
-
Pre-installation Preparation
- Carefully read this user manual to understand product characteristics and installation requirements
- Inspect the product for any damage incurred during transportation
- Prepare necessary installation tools and accessories, such as grade 8.8 or higher hexagon socket screws and toothed lock washers
- Ensure the installation surface can withstand the weight and vibration force of the vibrator
-
Installation Location Selection
- Determine the installation angle based on material flow direction, ensuring the vibration direction aligns with material flow
- The installation surface must be clean and flat to prevent abnormal operation due to uneven surfaces
- For hopper installation, it is recommended to install at the lower part of the hopper, approximately 300-500mm from areas prone to blockage
- Avoid installing on weak parts of equipment, such as near welds, flanges, or support structures
-
Fixed Installation
- Secure the vibrator to the installation position using grade 8.8 or higher hexagon socket screws
- Use toothed lock washers or spring washers to prevent screw loosening caused by vibration
- For high-altitude installations, be sure to install safety bolts to prevent the vibrator from falling
- After installation, start the vibrator and run it for a few minutes, then retighten the screws
-
Air Circuit Connection
- Install an air filter before the air inlet to ensure clean and dry air enters the vibrator
- Use an appropriately sized air pipe to connect the vibrator inlet and compressed air source
- It is recommended to install an oil mist lubricator to provide lubrication for bearings (except for food and pharmaceutical industries)
- Install a muffler at the exhaust port to reduce noise and prevent impurities from entering

Operation Guide
-
Pre-start Inspection
- Ensure the vibrator is securely installed and all connections are tight
- Check for air leaks in the air circuit system
- Ensure compressed air pressure is within the range of 0.2-0.7MPa
-
Start-up Operation
- Slowly open the air source valve to expel condensed water and impurities from the pipeline
- Gradually increase air pressure and observe the vibrator's operating status
- For initial start-up, briefly jog the device to check if the vibration direction and frequency are normal
- If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection
-
Parameter Adjustment
- Control vibration intensity by adjusting air pressure; higher pressure results in greater vibration force
- Adjust to optimal working parameters based on material characteristics and processing requirements
- Recommended air pressure ranges for different materials:
- Lightweight materials: 0.2-0.4MPa
- Medium-density materials: 0.4-0.6MPa
- High-density or viscous materials: 0.6-0.7MPa
-
Operational Precautions
- Avoid prolonged no-load operation to prevent damage to internal components
- Regularly check the vibrator's fixing condition to prevent screw loosening
- Do not exceed the rated working pressure (0.7MPa)
- When used in food and pharmaceutical industries, ensure the equipment is clean to avoid contamination
