Installation Steps
-
Confirm Installation Location
- Select a location convenient for operation
- Ensure sufficient operating space around the valve
- Avoid installation in high temperature, humid, or corrosive environments
-
Connect Air Supply
- Confirm air supply pressure is within 0-1.0MPa range
- Connect air inlet (P), outlet (A), and exhaust (R) according to valve markings
- Use appropriate sealing materials to ensure tight connections
-
Secure the Valve Body
- Use brackets or install directly on the pipeline as needed
- Ensure the valve body does not move or vibrate during operation

Operation Guide
-
Basic Operation
- Slide to "ON" position: Valve opens, air supply connected, compressed air flows from P port to A port
- Slide to "OFF" position: Valve closes, air supply disconnected, while A port connects to R port to exhaust residual air downstream
-
Operation Precautions
- Slide operation should be performed smoothly, avoiding excessive force
- Regularly check if the sliding mechanism operates smoothly
- Avoid use in vibrating environments to prevent accidental valve position change

Maintenance
-
Daily Inspection
- Check for air leakage at all connection points
- Ensure smooth sliding operation without sticking
- Clean dust and debris from the valve body surface
-
Regular Maintenance
- Every 3 months: Inspect and clean the air inlet filter
- Every 6 months: Check the condition of seals and replace if necessary
- Annually: Perform comprehensive performance testing
-
Lubrication
- No additional lubrication required
- If increased operating resistance is noticed, add a small amount of pneumatic-specific lubricating oil to sliding parts
