Installation Steps
-
Confirm Installation Environment:
- Ensure the installation location is dry, clean, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures
- Reserve sufficient operating space for manual control and maintenance
-
Pipeline Preparation:
- Ensure connecting pipelines are clean, free of impurities and moisture
- Pipeline inner diameter should match the valve port size
-
Valve Installation:
- Use appropriate tools to install the valve in the designated position
- Ensure the valve is securely installed to avoid vibration and loosening
- Connect inlet and outlet pipes according to the flow direction markings on the valve body
-
Connection Check:
- Confirm all connections are tight and free from air leakage
- Check for twisted or excessively bent pipes

Operation Guide
-
Knob Type Operation:
- Rotate the knob to the desired position: Valve switches to the corresponding state
- Select different functional positions according to the markings
-
Button Type Operation:
- Press the button: Valve switches to working position
- Release the button: Valve resets (non-locking type) or maintains position (locking type)
- Locking type buttons require pressing again or rotating to unlock
-
Roller Type Operation:
- Activate the roller through external mechanical devices to switch the valve state
- Valve automatically returns to initial state after roller reset
-
Lever Type Operation:
- Move the lever: Valve switches to working position
- Release the lever: Valve automatically resets (spring return type)
-
Status Indication:
- Observe airflow status based on valve position changes
- Judge valve working status through the action of connected pneumatic components

Maintenance
-
Regular Inspection:
- Check valve connections weekly for tightness
- Monthly inspection of sealing performance to ensure no air leakage
- Quarterly comprehensive inspection including operational flexibility and appearance
-
Cleaning Maintenance:
- Keep valve surface clean, avoiding dust and debris accumulation
- Regularly clean the valve body, which can be purged with dry compressed air
-
Lubrication:
- No additional lubrication required, the valve interior is pre-lubricated
- Contact WENK Pneumatic technical support if increased operating resistance is noticed
