Installation Steps

Preparation before installation
- Confirm that the quick twist union model matches the pneumatic system interface
- Inspect the product for any damage or deformation
- Prepare the appropriate hose, ensuring the hose size matches the fitting

Installation process
- Ensure the pneumatic system is shut down and depressurized
- Clean the hose end to remove oil and debris
- Rotate the union's locking nut by hand to loosen it
- Insert the hose into the union, ensuring it is fully seated
- Hand-tighten the locking nut until slight resistance is felt
- Use a wrench to gently tighten an additional 1/4 turn to ensure a good seal

- Do not over-tighten during installation to avoid damaging threads or seals
- Ensure the hose is fully inserted into the union to prevent leakage due to insufficient insertion depth
- After installation, check that the connection is secure and not loose
