Installation Steps

Preparation
- Ensure the installation environment is clean to prevent contaminants from entering the pneumatic system
- Check that the tubes are intact, without cracks or scratches
- Select the appropriate size of KPM Quick Twist Bulkhead Union to match the tube specifications
- Prepare the installation panel, ensuring the hole diameter matches the bulkhead union

Tube Preparation
- Use a dedicated tube cutter to cut the tubes to the required lengths
- Ensure the tube ends are clean and free of burrs or deformation
- If the tube ends are uneven, lightly sand them with fine-grit sandpaper

Installation Process
- Insert one end of the bulkhead union through the pre-drilled hole from one side of the panel
- Install and tighten the nut on the other side of the panel to secure the bulkhead union firmly
- Gently pull back the locking collars on both sides of the bulkhead union with your fingers or a tool
- Insert the prepared tubes into each port until they cannot go further
- Release the locking collars, ensuring they automatically reset and lock the tubes in place
- Gently pull each tube to confirm they are securely connected
