    Product Introduction

    The KT Series Ferrule Clamp is a high-quality brass compression ferrule ring manufactured by WENK Pneumatic, specifically designed for compression fittings in pneumatic and fluid systems. This ferrule adopts precision processing technology with sharp internal edges that bite into the pipe surface when compressed, forming a secure and reliable sealed connection.

    Suitable for copper pipes, aluminum pipes, and various plastic pipes, it has a working pressure of up to 1.0MPa and a working temperature range of 0°C to 80°C. The product comes in a complete range of specifications, including 04, 06, 08, 10, 12 and other sizes, to meet different pipe diameters and system requirements.

    Installation Steps

    1. Preparation

      • Ensure the selected ferrule size matches the pipe specifications
      • Prepare necessary tools: adjustable wrench, pipe cutter, file
    2. Pipe Preparation

      • Cut the pipe to the required length, ensuring a flat cut
      • Use a file to remove burrs from the inner and outer pipe ends, ensuring smooth pipe openings
      • Check and ensure the pipe has good roundness
    3. Assembly Process

      • Slide the nut onto the pipe
      • Slide the ferrule (with the tapered surface facing the nut) onto the pipe
      • Insert the pipe into the cone hole of the fitting body until it reaches the stop
    4. Tightening and Fixing

      • Secure the fitting body with an adjustable wrench
      • Use another wrench to tighten the nut while rotating the pipe until it cannot rotate
      • Continue tightening the nut by 1/2 turn to ensure the ferrule's internal edges bite into the pipe
    5. Connection Completion

      • Check if all connection parts are secure
      • Conduct a pressure test to confirm no leakage

    Usage Precautions

    1. Applicable Media

      • Suitable for compressed air and non-corrosive fluids
      • Avoid use with strong acids, alkalis, or other corrosive media
    2. Installation Environment

      • Avoid installation in high-temperature, high-humidity, or strongly vibrating environments
      • Ensure sufficient installation space for maintenance and inspection
    3. Usage Limitations

      • Do not exceed the maximum working pressure of 1.0MPa
      • Avoid temperature beyond the range of 0°C to 80°C
      • Prohibited for use in flammable and explosive environments unless specially treated
    4. Maintenance

      • Regularly check connection parts for signs of leakage
      • Tighten nuts promptly if looseness is detected
      • When replacement is needed after long-term use, it is recommended to replace both the ferrule and nut simultaneously

    3. Pipe Damage

      • Replace damaged pipes and reinstall the ferrule
