    Installation Steps

    1. Pre-installation Preparation

    • Ensure the compressed air system is shut off and depressurized
    • Clean connecting pipes to remove foreign matter and impurities
    • Prepare necessary tools: wrench, thread seal tape, etc.
    • Check the lubricator for any damage or defects

    2. Installation Position and Sequence

    • Installation Sequence: In pneumatic systems, the lubricator should be installed after filters and regulators
    • Installation Position: Should be installed near the pneumatic components requiring lubrication
    • Installation Direction: Must be installed vertically with the oil cup facing downward, following the air flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body

    3. Pipe Connection

    • Use thread seal tape on threaded connections to ensure proper sealing
    • Tighten connections evenly with a wrench, avoiding excessive force that may damage threads
    • Ensure all connections are secure and tight

    4. Mounting and Fixing

    • Use the dedicated mounting bracket, matching the convex groove with the body's concave groove
    • Secure with fixing plates and screws
    • Ensure vertical installation with the oil cup facing downward

    5. Post-installation Check

    • Ensure all connections are secure and free from looseness
    • Verify that the lubricator is installed vertically
    • Confirm that the air flow direction matches the arrow indicators

    Operation Guide

    1. Oil Filling Operation

    • Recommended Oil: ISO VG32 turbine oil or equivalent
    • Filling Method:
      1. Unscrew the oil cup or filler plug
      2. Fill lubricating oil to 80% of the oil cup capacity
      3. Reinstall the oil cup or filler plug, ensuring proper sealing
    • Precautions:
      • Oil can be added while the system is running (under pressure)
      • Oil level must not drop below the minimum level mark
      • Different types of lubricating oils must not be mixed

    2. Oil Quantity Adjustment

    • Adjustment Method:
      1. Rotate the oil quantity adjustment screw on top
      2. Rotate clockwise to increase oil quantity, counterclockwise to decrease
      3. Check the oil droplet condition through the sight glass
    • Recommended Settings:
      • Generally set to 1-3 drops per 1000L of air
      • Can be appropriate increased to 3-5 drops per 1000L of air for high-speed moving parts
      • Specific adjustment based on equipment requirements and operating environment

    3. Operation Check

    • After starting the system, observe the lubricator's operation
    • Check if the oil droplet quantity meets the set requirements
    • Check if bubbles are generated in the oil cup to confirm normal operation
    • Check for leaks at all connections

    Maintenance

    1. Daily Inspection

    • Regularly check oil level and replenish lubricating oil in a timely manner
    • Check if the oil droplet quantity is normal
    • Check if the oil cup has cracks or damage
    • Check if the metal guard is intact

    2. Regular Maintenance

    • Oil Cup Cleaning:
      1. Shut off air supply and relieve pressure
      2. Drain remaining lubricating oil from the oil cup
      3. Clean the inside of the oil cup with a cleaning solvent
      4. Refill with clean lubricating oil
    • Maintenance Schedule:
      • Oil cup cleaning: Every 3 months
      • Lubricating oil replacement: Every 6 months
      • Comprehensive inspection: Every 6 months

    3. Troubleshooting

    • No Oil Dropping:
      1. Check if the oil level is too low
      2. Check if the adjustment screw is fully closed
      3. Check if the oil suction tube is clogged
      4. Check if there is pressure at the air inlet
    • Unstable Oil Droplet Quantity:
      1. Check if the air supply pressure is stable
      2. Check if the adjustment screw is loose
      3. Check if the oil cup seal is intact
    • Insufficient Oil Mist:
      1. Check if the oil quantity adjustment is appropriate
      2. Check if the oil viscosity is suitable
