    Installation Steps

    1. Pre-installation Preparation

    • Ensure the compressed air system is shut off and depressurized
    • Clean connecting pipes to remove foreign matter and impurities
    • Prepare necessary tools: wrench, thread seal tape, etc.
    • Check the unit for any damage or defects

    2. Installation Sequence and Direction

    • Strictly follow the air flow direction: Filter Regulator → Lubricator
    • Connect pipes according to the arrow indicators on the unit
    • Connect the inlet port to the upstream air source and the outlet port to downstream equipment

    3. Pipe Connection

    • Use thread seal tape on threaded connections to ensure proper sealing
    • Tighten connections evenly with a wrench, avoiding excessive force that may damage threads
    • Ensure all connections are secure and tight

    4. Mounting and Fixing

    • Use the dedicated mounting bracket, matching the convex groove with the body's concave groove
    • Secure with fixing plates and screws
    • Ensure vertical installation with drain valves and oil cups facing downward

    5. Post-installation Check

    • Ensure all connections are secure and free from looseness
    • Verify that the unit is installed vertically
    • Confirm that the air flow direction matches the arrow indicators

    Operation Guide

    1. Startup Procedure

    • Slowly open the upstream air source valve to gradually increase pressure
    • Check for any leakage in all components
    • Inspect transparent bowls for cracks or damage

    2. Filter Regulator Operation

    • Pressure Adjustment:

      • Pull up the pressure adjustment knob, turn clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease
      • After adjusting to the desired pressure, push down the knob to lock in position
      • Adjust pressure gradually and evenly to the required value, avoiding one-step adjustment
      • Monitor output pressure through the pressure gauge
    • Drainage Operation:

      • Rotate the drain knob at the bottom of the bowl clockwise to open the drain valve
      • After draining, rotate the knob counterclockwise to close the valve
      • Daily inspection of drainage is recommended, with increased frequency in high-humidity environments

    3. Lubricator Operation

    • Oil Filling:

      • Use ISO VG32 turbine oil or equivalent
      • Remove the oil cup or filler plug, fill to 80% capacity
      • Reinstall the oil cup or filler plug, ensuring proper sealing
    • Oil Flow Adjustment:

      • Rotate the adjustment knob on top of the lubricator to adjust oil mist concentration
      • Number 0 represents minimum oil flow, 9 represents maximum
      • Cannot rotate from 9 to 0 directly; must rotate clockwise
      • Recommended setting: 4-8 drops per minute

    Maintenance

    1. Daily Inspection

    • Regularly check transparent bowls to observe condensed water level and oil level
    • Inspect all components for leakage
    • Check connecting pipes for damage
    • Regularly verify pressure gauge readings
    • Check lubricator oil drop rate

    2. Filter Maintenance

    • Filter Element Replacement:
      • Replace when the element appears visibly dirty or when outlet air volume decreases significantly
      • Replacement steps:
        1. Shut off air supply and relieve pressure
        2. Unscrew the filter bowl and remove the old element
        3. Clean the inner wall of the bowl
        4. Install the new element, ensuring proper sealing
        5. Reinstall the bowl securely

    3. Lubricator Maintenance

    • Oil Refill: Refill when oil level drops below 1/4 of the cup capacity
    • Cleaning: Periodically clean the oil cup and suction tube to prevent clogging

    4. Maintenance Schedule

    • Filter element replacement: Generally every 3-6 months, depending on usage environment
    • Lubricator oil refill: Check weekly based on oil level observation
    • Drainage operation: At least once daily
    • Pressure calibration: Every 3 months

    Precautions

    1. Safety Precautions

    • Always shut off air supply and relieve pressure before installation and maintenance
    • Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 1.0MPa
    • Avoid use in high-temperature environments (temperature not exceeding 60°C)
    • Do not strike transparent bowls with sharp objects

    2. Usage Limitations

    • For compressed air systems only
    • Not suitable for corrosive gas environments
    • Avoid direct sunlight and strong vibrations
    • Some parts are made of PC material; keep away from organic solvents

    3. Oil Selection

    • Must use ISO VG32 turbine oil or equivalent
    • Do not use gear oil, engine oil, or other types of oil
    • Oil should be clean and free from impurities

    4. Troubleshooting

    • Filter clogging: Replace the filter element
    • Pressure regulation failure: Check if the pressure spring is damaged, replace if necessary
    • Lubricator not dripping oil: Check if oil level is too low or if the suction tube is clogged
    • Leakage: Check connections for tightness, replace seals if necessary
