The M3 Series Mechanical Valves by WENK Pneumatic are high-quality 3-port, 2-position pneumatic control components designed for various industrial automation systems. Pre-installation Preparation
- Verify that the valve model matches system requirements
- Inspect the valve for damage or contamination
- Prepare necessary installation tools and sealing materials

Installation Methods
- Body mounting: Secure the valve body directly to the mounting plate using screws
- Panel mounting: Fix the valve to the control panel through panel mounting holes

Piping Connection
- Ensure pipes are clean and free of contaminants and moisture
- Use appropriate sealing material (such as PTFE tape) on threads
- Connect inlet pipe (P), outlet pipe (A), and exhaust pipe (R) according to the markings on the valve body
- Avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage

Installation Precautions
- Install the valve in a location convenient for operation and maintenance
- Avoid installation near heat sources or vibration sources
- Ensure the valve's operating direction meets system design requirements
- The control part is made of engineering plastic and should only be operated manually; metal impact is prohibited

Lever Type (M3R/M3L)
- External force required for commutation is provided by external mechanical devices
- Suitable for position detection or limit switches
- M3L one-way roller valve is only effective in one direction; pay attention to installation direction

- Manual operation: press the button to switch, automatically resets when released
- Mushroom head button (M3PM) provides a larger operating area, suitable for emergency stop applications
- Flat button (M3PF) and raised button (M3PP) are suitable for general control

- M3HS selection type: rotate the knob to switch between different working states
- M3PL detent type: after pressing to position, the knob must be rotated to reset

- Annually: Conduct a comprehensive inspection, including disassembly to check internal components

- Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents
- Pay attention to the correct installation position of parts when reassembling after maintenance
