The MHZL2 series represents a long stroke parallel opening/closing pneumatic gripper, featuring an integrated linear guide for exceptional rigidity and precision. Designed with a dual-piston mechanism, these grippers deliver powerful gripping forces up to 104N while maintaining compact dimensions. Available in bore sizes from 10mm to 25mm, the MHZL2 series offers nearly double the standard stroke of conventional grippers.

With repeatability of ±0.01mm, the MHZL2 ensures consistent and accurate performance. The series offers versatile configurations including double-acting and single-acting (normally open/closed) options, with stroke lengths ranging from 8mm to 22mm (both sides).

Equipped with multiple mounting options on three sides, the MHZL2 integrates seamlessly into automated systems. Optional dust covers and food-grade lubricant make it suitable for various environments.     2. Basic operation

      • Single acting type (normally open):
        • Finger closing: Compressed air enters from the "close port"
        • Finger opening: Exhaust air, relying on spring force
      • Single acting type (normally closed):
        • Finger opening: Compressed air enters from the "open port"

    3. Gripping force adjustment

      • Adjust gripping force by regulating operating air pressure
