It features an all-metal construction design with high durability, powerful airflow, and easy operation. The product is available in two models: the standard NPN989 (equipped with a 21mm short nozzle) and the extended NPN989-L (equipped with a 100mm long nozzle), meeting different cleaning needs for various scenarios.
Product Features:
- All-metal construction with silver chromed zinc alloy gun body
- High-pressure copper alloy accessories (valve screws, nozzles, quick couplings)
- New internal supercharging structure providing powerful and precise airflow
- Integrated trigger and handle design for comfortable operation
- Built-in metal hook for easy storage
Application Range:
- Industrial manufacturing: Removing dust and chips from machinery surfaces and interiors
- Automotive maintenance: Cleaning engine compartments, chassis, and other parts
- Electronics: Dust removal for precision instruments and circuit boards
- Woodworking: Removing wood chips from surfaces and crevices
- Household use: Cleaning hard-to-reach corners and gaps

2. Safety Instructions
Before using the NPN989 Series Air Duster Gun, please read and follow these safety precautions:
2.1 General Safety Rules
- This product is only suitable for compressed air; do not use other gases or liquids
- Maximum working pressure is 1.0MPa; do not exceed this pressure
- Before use, check all connection parts for firmness to ensure no air leakage
- Do not point the nozzle at humans, animals, or fragile items
- Wear protective goggles and gloves during use to avoid dust and debris injury
- Working environment temperature should be between -20°C and 70°C
2.2 Operational Safety
- Before turning on compressed air, ensure the nozzle is pointing in a safe direction
- Avoid prolonged continuous use to prevent hand fatigue
- If abnormal noise or vibration is detected, stop use immediately and inspect
- After work, turn off the air source and release residual pressure
2.3 Maintenance Safety
- Always turn off the air source and release residual pressure before maintenance
- Do not disassemble or modify product components by yourself
- For repairs, contact professional technicians or authorized service centers

3. Usage Methods
3.1 Preparation
- Check if the air duster gun appearance is intact, without damage or deformation
- Select the appropriate nozzle (standard or extended) according to cleaning needs
- Confirm that the compressed air system pressure is within the range of 0.4-1.0MPa
- Before connecting the air source, open the air source valve to discharge impurities in the pipeline
3.2 Connecting the Air Source
- Use a 1/4 inch PT interface to connect the air duster gun to the compressed air pipeline
- Ensure the connection is firm without air leakage
- Check if the quick coupling is locked in place
3.3 Basic Operation
- Hold the air duster gun and aim the nozzle at the area to be cleaned
- Gently press the trigger to adjust the airflow size
- Maintain an appropriate distance (10-30cm recommended) for cleaning
- For hard-to-reach areas, the extended nozzle can be used
3.4 Usage Tips for Different Scenarios
- Precision instrument cleaning: Use a short nozzle, reduce airflow, maintain a longer distance
- Large area cleaning: Use a long nozzle, increase airflow, move the nozzle evenly
- Gap cleaning: Use a long nozzle, aim at the gap, appropriately increase airflow
- Stubborn dirt: Can appropriately shorten the distance and increase airflow intensity

4. Maintenance
4.1 Daily Maintenance
- Clean dust and oil from the surface of the air duster gun after use
- Check if the nozzle is blocked; if blocked, reverse blow with compressed air
- Keep the trigger moving parts clean; add a small amount of lubricating oil if necessary
- Release residual pressure before storage to avoid spring fatigue
4.2 Regular Inspection
- Check the tightness of all connection parts once a week
- Check the flexibility and rebound performance of the trigger once a month
- Check the wear of internal seals once a quarter
- If parts are found to be worn or aged, they should be replaced in time
4.3 Storage Methods
- Store in a dry, ventilated environment
- Avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature environments
- Use the built-in hook for hanging storage, avoid heavy pressure
- When not in use for a long time, apply anti-rust oil and store in packaging

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Common Problems and Solutions
-
