Installation Steps

Preparation
- Confirm that the PM Series Stainless Steel Bulkhead Union size matches the tube size
- Prepare the required size of PU tube, wrenches, and appropriate tools
- Ensure the work area is clean and free of debris
- Pre-drill a hole in the panel suitable for the connector installation

Installation Process
- Pass one end of the bulkhead union through the mounting hole in the panel
- Install nuts on both sides of the panel and gently tighten with a wrench to ensure the connector is securely fastened
- Cut the end of the PU tube straight, ensuring a perpendicular cut
- Push the PU tube into one end of the bulkhead union; a "click" sound indicates proper installation
- Repeat the above steps to install the tube on the other end
- To disassemble a tube, press the release sleeve on the push-in port and pull out the tube
