Installation Steps for AR Series Regulator
Preprocessing of Hoses and Fittings: Cut the PU hose to the required length, ensuring the cut is perpendicular and free of burrs. Check that the inner wall of the PU hose is free of impurities, the matching pneumatic fittings (e.g., PC series) are undamaged, and the sealing rings are intact.
Cleaning and Lubrication (Optional): If there is slight oil contamination on the inner wall of the hose or the fitting socket, wipe it with a clean cloth. For hoses of smaller specifications, lightly apply a small amount of pneumatic-specific lubricating oil to the socket to facilitate insertion.
Insertion and Connection: Align one end of the PU hose with the fitting socket, insert it forcefully and at a constant speed until it reaches the bottom. Ensure the hose is fully attached to the limit structure inside the fitting to avoid leakage due to insufficient insertion depth.
4.Fixing and Inspection: Gently pull the hose to confirm it cannot be pulled out; fasten the buckle if the fitting is equipped with one. After connecting the air source, apply soapy water to the joint and check for no air bubbles to ensure a good seal. Finally, arrange the hose routing to avoid excessive bending or pulling under force.
