1. Product Introduction
The QSL series air filter is a high-quality pneumatic component manufactured by WENK Pneumatic, primarily designed to provide clean, dry compressed air for pneumatic systems. This series of filters utilizes advanced cyclone separation technology and precision filter elements to effectively remove moisture, oil, and solid particles from compressed air, protecting pneumatic tools and equipment from contamination damage.

- Uses cyclone blades to separate water and heavy impurities, with copper powder sintered sleeve or plastic sintered sleeve micropores to trap dust

2. Installation Instructions
2.1 Preparation Before Installation
- Confirm that the filter model and specifications meet the usage requirements
- Check that the filter appearance is intact without damage or rust
- Prepare necessary installation tools and accessories
- Ensure the installation environment is clean, free of dust and impurities
- Confirm the direction of the inlet and outlet ports, usually marked with arrows on the filter
2.2 Installation Steps
- Choose a suitable installation location, preferably after the air compressor and before pneumatic equipment
- Ensure the filter is installed in the correct direction, with the inlet connected to the compressor and the outlet connected to the pneumatic equipment
- Use appropriate sealing material (such as Teflon tape) to wrap the threads to avoid leakage
- Tighten the filter with suitable tools, paying attention to moderate torque to avoid thread damage from over-tightening
- After installation, check that all connections are secure and leak-free
2.3 Installation Notes
- The filter should be installed in a position that is easy to inspect and maintain
- Avoid installing in environments with direct sunlight, high temperature, or excessive vibration
- Ensure there is enough space around the filter for drainage and maintenance
- For large flow systems, it is recommended to install a bypass system for maintenance without affecting normal operation
- If the ambient temperature is below 0°C, take anti-freezing measures

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Operation
- Slowly open the inlet valve to allow compressed air to gradually enter the filter
- Observe the working status of the filter and check for leaks
- Regularly check the accumulated water in the transparent cup and drain it in time
- Pay attention to the pressure drop of the filter; if the pressure drop is too large, clean or replace the filter element in time
3.2 Operating Notes
- Avoid using the filter beyond the maximum working pressure to prevent damage
- The working environment temperature should be maintained within the range of 5-60°C
- Drain accumulated water regularly, it is recommended to drain at least once a day, or increase the frequency according to usage
- Avoid suddenly closing or opening valves to prevent pressure shock from damaging the filter
- If not used for a long time, close the inlet valve and release the compressed air in the filter

4. Maintenance
4.1 Daily Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the filter appearance and keep it clean
- Check if the connection parts have leaks
- Observe the accumulated water in the transparent cup and drain it in time
- Check if the filter element is clogged; if the pressure drop is too large, handle it in time
4.2 Regular Maintenance
- Check the filter element every three months; if severe contamination is found, replace it in time
- Conduct a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of the filter every six months
- Check if the transparent cup has cracks or aging; if so, replace it in time
- Check if the drain valve works normally; if there is a fault, repair or replace it in time
4.3 Maintenance Notes
- During maintenance, close the inlet valve and release the compressed air in the filter
- Use original accessories when replacing the filter element to ensure filtering effect
- Use neutral detergent when cleaning the filter, avoid using corrosive solvents
