Featuring a robust black body, brass connection ports, and a chrome-plated adjustment knob, this product ensures reliable performance in various industrial environments. The RE-04 model has a working pressure range of 1.5-8 kgf/cm², suitable for pneumatic circuits requiring precise speed and flow management, widely used in manufacturing and automation fields.
Main features:
- Robust black body design
- High-quality brass connection ports
- Chrome-plated adjustment knob for easy operation
- Working pressure range: 1.5-8 kgf/cm²
- Precise flow control performance
- Suitable for various industrial pneumatic systems

2. Installation Instructions
2.1 Pre-installation Preparation
- Ensure the installation environment meets the product working conditions
- Check that the product packaging is intact and undamaged
- Prepare necessary installation tools and accessories
- Confirm the air flow direction, the valve body is marked with P (inlet) and A (outlet)
2.2 Installation Steps
- Shut off the air supply to ensure safety during installation
- Install the valve body in the pneumatic circuit according to the air flow direction
- Use appropriate tools to connect the inlet port (P) to the air source
- Connect the outlet port (A) to the equipment requiring flow control
- Use sealing tape or sealant to ensure tight connections and prevent air leakage
- Check all connections for firmness
2.3 Installation Notes
- Avoid strong impact to the valve body during installation
- Ensure correct connection of inlet and outlet ports, avoid reverse installation
- Installation environment should avoid high temperature, humidity, and corrosive gases
- Regularly check the tightness of installation connections

3. Usage Methods
3.1 Pre-operation Check
- Confirm that the air source pressure is within the 1.5-8 kgf/cm² range
- Check that all connections are firm and free from air leakage
- Test the flexibility of the adjustment knob
3.2 Flow Adjustment
- Rotate the adjustment knob clockwise to decrease flow
- Rotate the adjustment knob counterclockwise to increase flow
- Gradually adjust to the required flow according to system requirements
- After adjustment is complete, the position can be locked using the nut on top of the knob
3.3 Operation Notes
- Avoid excessive rotation of the adjustment knob, which may cause damage to internal parts
- Adjustments should be made slowly to avoid sudden changes in system pressure
- If abnormal sounds or resistance are found, stop using immediately and inspect
- When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to turn off the air source

4. Maintenance
4.1 Daily Maintenance
- Regularly clean the valve body surface to remove dust and oil
- Check the flexibility of the adjustment knob
- Test the accuracy of flow control
4.2 Regular Inspection
- Check the sealing status of connection ports monthly
- Inspect the wear condition of internal seals quarterly
- Perform a comprehensive cleaning and lubrication every six months
4.3 Maintenance Notes
- Use neutral detergent for cleaning, avoid using corrosive solvents
- Use special pneumatic component lubricating oil for lubrication
- Ensure the air source is turned off during maintenance to avoid accidental activation
- If parts need to be replaced, it is recommended to use original accessories

5. Troubleshooting
-
Flow cannot be adjusted
- Adjustment knob stuck: Clean and lubricate the adjustment mechanism
- Internal parts damaged: Replace damaged parts
-
Air leakage
- Loose connections: Reconnect and reinforce
- Seal wear: Replace seals
-
Inaccurate flow control
- Internal contamination: Clean internal flow passages
- Part wear: Replace worn parts
