2. Working Principle
The S-AS Speed Control Valve regulates cylinder operating speed by adjusting the size of the gas flow cross-section. Its internal structure includes:

- Throttle Column: Adjusts its position through the knob, changing the gas flow cross-section
- Check Valve: Ensures one-way gas flow, enabling independent control of cylinder extension and retraction speeds

When the knob is rotated, the throttle column moves up and down, changing the cross-sectional area through which gas passes, thereby controlling gas flow and ultimately adjusting the cylinder's operating speed. 3. Installation Guide
Preparation Before Installation:

Installation Steps:

Tube Preparation:
- Ensure the cut is perpendicular and smooth when cutting the tube
- Remove burrs from the tube port
- Measure the required tube length, leaving appropriate allowance

Connecting the Tube:
- Press the release collar
- Insert the tube into the fitting until it can no longer be pushed forward
- Release the collar to ensure the tube is firmly clamped

Thread Connection:
- Apply appropriate sealant or use Teflon tape on the threaded part
- Use suitable tools to connect the valve to the cylinder or other pneumatic components
- Be careful not to overtighten to avoid damaging the threads

Installation Direction:
- The arrow on the valve body indicates the gas flow direction
- Ensure the installation direction is consistent with the actual air flow direction
