    2. Working Principle

The S-AS Speed Control Valve regulates cylinder operating speed by adjusting the size of the gas flow cross-section. Its internal structure includes:

    1. Valve Body: The main part connecting the tube and cylinder
    2. Throttle Column: Adjusts its position through the knob, changing the gas flow cross-section
    3. Check Valve: Ensures one-way gas flow, enabling independent control of cylinder extension and retraction speeds
    4. Push-Lock Mechanism: Fixes the throttle column position to prevent setting loosening

When the knob is rotated, the throttle column moves up and down, changing the cross-sectional area through which gas passes, thereby controlling gas flow and ultimately adjusting the cylinder's operating speed. The push-lock mechanism ensures that the set flow value remains stable in vibrating environments.

    3. Installation Guide

    Preparation Before Installation:

    • Confirm that the product model matches the application requirements
    • Check if the product is damaged
    • Prepare necessary tools and tubing

    Installation Steps:

    1. Tube Preparation:

      • Ensure the cut is perpendicular and smooth when cutting the tube
      • Remove burrs from the tube port
      • Measure the required tube length, leaving appropriate allowance
    2. Connecting the Tube:

      • Press the release collar
      • Insert the tube into the fitting until it can no longer be pushed forward
      • Release the collar to ensure the tube is firmly clamped
    3. Thread Connection:

      • Apply appropriate sealant or use Teflon tape on the threaded part
      • Use suitable tools to connect the valve to the cylinder or other pneumatic components
      • Be careful not to overtighten to avoid damaging the threads
    4. Installation Direction:

      • The arrow on the valve body indicates the gas flow direction
      • Ensure the installation direction is consistent with the actual air flow direction
      • The elbow design allows 360° rotation, which can be adjusted according to space requirements

    4. Usage Instructions

    Speed Adjustment:

    1. Unlock: Pull the knob upward to release the locked state
    2. Adjust:
      • Rotate the knob clockwise: reduce flow, decrease cylinder speed
      • Rotate the knob counterclockwise: increase flow, increase cylinder speed
    3. Lock: After adjustment, press the knob downward until a "click" sound is heard to confirm locking

    Usage Recommendations:

    • For initial adjustment, it is recommended to start from the minimum flow and gradually increase to the required speed
    • Avoid removing the tube under system pressure to prevent accidental ejection
    • Regularly check connection parts for leaks
    • Adjust the maintenance cycle appropriately according to environmental conditions

    Precautions:

    • Do not exceed the maximum working pressure and temperature range
    • Avoid installing the valve in direct sunlight or high-temperature environments
    • Do not use compressed air containing corrosive substances
    • Regularly drain condensate from the system

    5. Troubleshooting

    Common Problems and Solutions:

    1. Cylinder Speed Cannot Be Adjusted

      • Check if unlocked: Confirm the knob has been fully pulled upward
      • Check if the throttle hole is blocked: Clean the throttle hole
      • Check if the supply pressure is stable: Ensure the pressure is within the working range
    2. Flow Setting Changes Automatically

      • Check the locking mechanism: Confirm the knob has been fully pressed and locked
      • Check if the working environment vibration is too large: Add vibration reduction measures if necessary
      • Check if there is external force collision: Readjust and lock
    3. Leakage Problems

      • Check tube connection: Ensure the tube is fully inserted into the fitting
      • Check thread connection: Reapply sealant and tighten appropriately
      • Check if the seal is damaged: Replace the seal if necessary
    4. Insensitive Adjustment

      • Check if there are impurities in the throttle hole: Clean the throttle hole
      • Check if the gas is clean: Install a filter
      • Check if the valve interior is worn: Replace the valve if necessary
