Product Introduction
The SCQ-02 Double Female Thread Ball Valve is a high-quality brass valve manufactured by WENK Pneumatic. Made from premium brass material, it features excellent corrosion resistance and pressure resistance. Both ends of the valve are designed with female threads, suitable for connecting to male-threaded pipes or fittings. The full-bore structure ensures unobstructed fluid flow, and the quarter-turn operation allows for quick on/off control. It is widely used in domestic water supply, HVAC systems, industrial pipelines, and other fields for controlling water, oil, gas, and other media.

Installation Preparation
- Confirm that the pipe interface is male thread, matching the female thread of the valve
- Clean the pipe interface to ensure no impurities or burrs
- Prepare appropriate sealing material (such as Teflon tape)

Installation Steps
- Wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape around the male pipe thread (clockwise direction)
- Screw the valve into the pipe interface and tighten initially by hand
- Use a suitable tool (such as a wrench) to further tighten, being careful not to over-tighten and damage the threads
- Ensure the valve handle is in the closed position before installation

- Avoid impact on the handle during installation
- The valve should be installed in a position that is easy to operate and maintain
- Ensure the installation environment temperature is within the range of 0°C ~ 80°C

- Rotate the handle 90° counterclockwise to the open position
- When the handle is parallel to the pipe, it is open; when perpendicular, it is closed

- The flow rate can be controlled by adjusting the opening angle of the handle
- Ensure the handle is rotated in place when complete closure is required

- Do not hang heavy objects on the valve
