Product Introduction
The SCQ-03 Male-Female Thread Ball Valve is a high-quality brass valve manufactured by WENK Pneumatic. Made from premium brass material, it features excellent corrosion resistance and pressure resistance. One end of the valve is designed with a male thread, and the other end with a female thread, suitable for connecting to different types of pipes or fittings without additional adapters. The full-bore structure ensures unobstructed fluid flow, and the quarter-turn operation allows for quick on/off control. It is widely used in domestic water supply, HVAC systems, industrial pipelines, and other fields for controlling water, oil, gas, and other media.

Installation Preparation
- Confirm the pipe interface types, one end should be female thread and the other end male thread
- Clean the pipe interfaces to ensure no impurities or burrs
- Prepare appropriate sealing material (such as Teflon tape)

Installation Steps
- Wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape around the male thread end of the valve (clockwise direction)
- Screw the male thread end of the valve into the female thread pipe interface and tighten initially by hand
- Screw the male thread pipe end into the female thread end of the valve and tighten initially by hand
- Use a suitable tool (such as a wrench) to further tighten both connections, being careful not to over-tighten and damage the threads
- Ensure the valve handle is in the closed position before installation

- Avoid impact on the handle during installation
- The valve should be installed in a position that is easy to operate and maintain
- Ensure the installation environment temperature is within the range of 0°C ~ 80°C

Usage Instructions

Switch Operation
- Rotate the handle 90° clockwise to the closed position
- Rotate the handle 90° counterclockwise to the open position
- When the handle is parallel to the pipe, it is open; when perpendicular, it is closed

- The flow rate can be controlled by adjusting the opening angle of the handle
- Ensure the handle is rotated in place when complete closure is required

- Avoid frequent quick switching of the valve
- Do not hang heavy objects on the valve
- Regularly check the valve operating status
