    Installation Steps

    1. Preparation

      • Confirm that the product model and size match your piping system
      • Prepare necessary tools: wrench, thread sealant or Teflon tape, cleaning cloth
      • Inspect pipes and fittings for damage or impurities
    2. Cleaning

      • Use a cleaning cloth to wipe the pipe's internal threads and the tee's external threads, ensuring no impurities, oil, or damage
    3. Sealing Treatment

      • Wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape (usually 4-6 turns) evenly in a clockwise direction on all three male threaded ends of the tee
      • Or apply an appropriate amount of thread sealant evenly on the threads
    4. Main Pipe Connection

      • Determine the installation direction of the tee, identifying the main pipe and branch pipe
      • Gently hand-tighten one port of the tee into the female-threaded interface of the main pipe
      • Ensure proper thread alignment
      • Continue hand-tightening until slight resistance is felt
    5. Tightening the Main Pipe

      • Use a wrench to moderately tighten the connection between the tee and the main pipe, being careful not to over-tighten
      • Typically, an additional 1/4 to 1/2 turn with a wrench after hand-tightening is sufficient
    6. Connecting the Branch Pipe

      • Gently hand-tighten the female-threaded interface of the branch pipe into the branch port of the tee
      • Ensure proper thread alignment
      • Continue hand-tightening until slight resistance is felt
      • Use a wrench to moderately tighten
    7. Connecting the Other Main Pipe End

      • Repeat steps 4 and 5 to connect the other main pipe end of the tee
    8. Inspection

      • After installation, check that all connections are secure
      • Ensure the tee direction meets design requirements
      • Before pressurizing the system, confirm all connections are properly completed

    Precautions

    1. Before Installation

      • Do not use damaged fittings or pipes
      • Ensure the work area is clean to prevent impurities from entering the piping system
      • Check that threads are intact and undamaged
      • Confirm that the tee specifications and material are suitable for your application
    2. During Installation

      • Do not use excessive force when tightening to avoid damaging threads or fittings
      • Avoid using tools that may damage the fitting surface
      • Ensure the tee direction is correct and complies with the piping system design
      • For special applications such as natural gas, installation must be performed by professionals
    3. In Use

      • Do not exceed the product's rated working pressure and temperature range
      • Regularly check connection points for signs of leakage or damage
      • Avoid contact with sharp objects or severe impact
      • Perform maintenance regularly based on medium characteristics
    4. Maintenance

      • Regularly inspect and maintain according to system usage
      • If any damage or leakage is found, replace or repair promptly
      • Before reactivating a long-unused system, check the condition of all fittings
