Product Overview
The UF Air Filter is a pneumatic component used to filter impurities and moisture from compressed air. It effectively removes dust, oil mist, and water from compressed air, providing clean and dry compressed air for pneumatic systems, extending the service life of pneumatic components, and ensuring normal system operation.
Technical Parameters:
- Working Medium: Compressed air
- Pressure Range: 0.5-8.5kgf/cm² (50-850kPa)
- Proof Pressure: 10kgf/cm² (1000kPa)
- Filtration Precision: 5μm
- Ambient Temperature: 5~60℃
- Filter Cup Capacity: 25/40/80cc (depending on model)

Installation Steps
-
Installation Preparation
- Clean connecting pipes and joints to avoid introducing contaminants into the air circuit
- Ensure the air source pressure does not exceed 10kgf/cm²
-
Installation Direction
- Connect pipes according to the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body; reverse air intake is not allowed
- Install vertically with the drain port facing downward
-
Fixing Method
- Securely install the filter on the mounting bracket using the supplied accessories
- Ensure stable installation to avoid vibration affecting filtration efficiency

Operation Guide
-
Drainage Operation
- Semi-automatic drainage (standard): The filter automatically drains when pressure is below 0.5kgf/cm²
- Manual drainage: Press the drain valve to drain water at any time
- Automatic drainage (optional): When water is full, the float rises and drains automatically
-
Operation Monitoring
- Observe the filtration effect through the transparent filter cup
- Regularly check the water level in the filter cup and drain water in a timely manner
- Observe the filter element status to ensure filtering effect

Maintenance
-
Regular Inspection
- Check if the filter cup has cracks or damage
- Check if the sealing ring is intact to prevent air leakage
- Check if the filter element is clogged, which affects flow rate
-
Filter Element Replacement
- Replace the filter element promptly when there is a significant decrease in outlet air volume
- It is recommended to replace the filter element every 3-6 months
- Filter element cleaning method: Clean the filter element in an organic solution (such as gasoline, alcohol, etc.), then blow it with compressed air before reuse
-
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Regularly clean the filter cup and filter element
- Clean PC cups with neutral cleaning agents; organic solvents are prohibited

Precautions
- Some parts are made of PC material; avoid using them near or in organic solvent environments
- Do not exceed 10kgf/cm² working pressure
- Must be installed vertically with the drain port facing downward
- Condensed water in the filter cup must be drained in a timely manner to prevent it from being carried away by compressed air
- If cracks are found in the filter cup, replace it immediately to prevent bursting
- When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, take anti-freezing measures to prevent the water cup from cracking
