User Manual for UL Lubricator

Product Overview
The UL Lubricator is a pneumatic component used to provide lubrication to pneumatic systems. It atomizes lubricating oil and mixes it with compressed air, forming an oil mist that is delivered to pneumatic components requiring lubrication, reducing friction and wear, extending component service life, and ensuring normal system operation.
Technical Parameters:
- Working Medium: Compressed air
- Working Pressure: 0.5-0.9MPa
- Proof Pressure: 1.5MPa
- Ambient Temperature: -10~60℃
- Oil Cup Capacity: 125ml, 235ml (depending on model)
- Recommended Oil: ISO VG32 lubricating oil
- Connection Size: G1/4", G3/8", G1/2", G3/4", G1" (depending on model)

Installation Steps
-
Installation Preparation
- Clean connecting pipes and joints to avoid introducing contaminants into the air circuit
- Ensure the air source pressure does not exceed 1.5MPa
-
Installation Position and Direction
- The lubricator should be installed after the air filter and pressure regulator, close to the components requiring lubrication
- Connect pipes according to the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body; reverse air intake is not allowed
- Must be installed vertically with the oil cup facing downward to ensure proper oil droplet formation
-
Fixing Method
- Securely install the lubricator on the mounting bracket using the supplied accessories
- Ensure stable installation to avoid vibration affecting oil droplet stability

Operation Guide
-
Oil Filling Operation
- Use ISO VG32 lubricating oil
- Unscrew the oil filling plug and add lubricating oil to the oil cup to 80% capacity
- Tighten the oil filling plug to ensure a good seal
-
Oil Flow Adjustment
- Adjust the oil droplet rate using the adjustment screw on top of the oil cup
- Turn clockwise to decrease oil flow, counterclockwise to increase oil flow
- Generally adjusted to 7-12 drops per minute, or according to system requirements
-
Oil Level Check
- Observe the oil level through the transparent oil cup
- Regularly check the oil level, maintaining it between 20%-80% of the oil cup capacity
- Replenish lubricating oil when the oil level is too low

Maintenance
-
Regular Inspection
- Check if the oil cup has cracks or damage
- Check the oil level and replenish lubricating oil in a timely manner
- Check if oil dripping is normal and if there is any blockage
-
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Regularly clean the oil cup and oil sight glass
- Clean with neutral cleaning agents; organic solvents are prohibited
- If blockage is found, internal parts can be disassembled and cleaned
-
Parts Replacement
- If the sealing ring is found to be aged or damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner
- Original accessories should be used when replacing parts to ensure performance matching

Precautions
- Do not use engine oil or spindle oil to avoid damaging the seals
- Must be installed vertically with the oil cup facing downward
- Oil flow adjustment must be performed with air supply
- Oil can be replenished without stopping the air supply, but ensure stable system pressure
- When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, take anti-freezing measures to prevent lubricating oil from freezing
- When not in use for a long time, release the pressure in the lubricator and drain the lubricating oil
