User Manual for UR Pressure Regulator

Product Overview
The UR Pressure Regulator is a pneumatic component used to adjust and stabilize compressed air pressure. It can regulate the input high-pressure compressed air to the required stable pressure and maintain a constant output pressure, providing a stable pressure source for pneumatic systems, protecting downstream pneumatic components, and ensuring normal system operation.
Technical Parameters:
- Working Medium: Compressed air
- Pressure Range: 0.5-8.5kgf/cm² (50-850kPa)
- Proof Pressure: 10kgf/cm² (1000kPa)
- Ambient Temperature: 5~60℃
- Connection Size: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" (depending on model)
- Body Material: Aluminum alloy die-casting

Installation Steps
-
Installation Preparation
- Clean connecting pipes and joints to avoid introducing contaminants into the air circuit
- Ensure the air source pressure does not exceed 10kgf/cm²
-
Installation Direction
- Connect pipes according to the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body; reverse air intake is not allowed
- Can be installed horizontally or vertically, but ensure the adjustment knob is easily operable
-
Fixing Method
- Securely install the pressure regulator on the mounting bracket using the supplied accessories
- Ensure stable installation to avoid vibration affecting pressure regulation accuracy

Operation Guide
-
Pressure Adjustment
- Pull up the pressure regulating knob, turn clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease pressure
- After adjusting to the required pressure, press down the knob to lock it
- Observe the pressure gauge reading to confirm the pressure is stable at the set value
-
Pressure Monitoring
- Real-time monitoring of output pressure through the pressure gauge
- Regularly check if the pressure is within the set range
- If excessive pressure fluctuation is found, check if the pressure regulator is working normally

Maintenance
-
Regular Inspection
- Check if the pressure gauge reading is normal
- Check if there is any leakage at each connection of the valve body
- Check if the adjustment knob operates smoothly
-
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Regularly clean the exterior of the valve body to keep it clean
- If adjustment is not smooth, internal parts can be disassembled and cleaned
- Use neutral cleaning agents for cleaning; organic solvents are prohibited
-
Parts Replacement
- If the sealing ring is found to be aged or damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner
- Original accessories should be used when replacing parts to ensure performance matching

Precautions
- Before installation, confirm that the air source pressure does not exceed the maximum proof pressure of the pressure regulator
- The pressure regulator should be installed after the filter in the air source treatment system
- When adjusting pressure, gradually and evenly adjust to the required pressure value; do not adjust in one step
- If not used for a long time, turn off the air source and release the pressure in the pressure regulator
- When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, take anti-freezing measures to prevent internal freezing damage
- Do not disassemble or modify the pressure regulator arbitrarily to avoid affecting performance or causing safety accidents
