Product Features
- Constructed from solid copper for excellent corrosion and high-temperature resistance
- T-shaped tee structure for line branching
- All three ports can connect PU tubes, no tools required for installation
- Available in multiple sizes (4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm)
- Suitable for compressed air systems

Installation Steps
-
Preparation
- Confirm that the PE Series Union Tee size matches the tube size
- Prepare the required size of PU tubes
- Ensure the work area is clean and free of debris
-
Installation Process
- Cut the ends of the PU tubes straight, ensuring perpendicular cuts
- Push the input tube into the inlet port of the tee; a "click" sound indicates proper installation
- Push the output tube into the outlet port of the tee; a "click" sound indicates proper installation
- Push the branch tube into the branch port of the tee; a "click" sound indicates proper installation
- To disassemble, press the release sleeve and pull out the tube
-
Installation Check
- Gently pull each end of the tubes to confirm secure connections

- Replace the connector promptly if any damage or aging is detected
- Avoid excessive bending or stretching of the connected tubes

Troubleshooting
-
Tube cannot be inserted: Check if the tube is damaged or deformed; confirm the tube size matches the connector
-
Air leakage at connection: Verify that the tube is fully inserted; check if the O-ring seal is intact
-
Insufficient flow: Check for tube blockage; confirm if the connector size is suitable for system requirements
