The PL Series Male Elbow from WENK Pneumatic is a high-quality solid copper 90-degree pipe connector designed specifically for pneumatic systems requiring right-angle connections. This product features a male thread on one end and a push-in port on the other, capable of connecting PU tubes to achieve right-angle conversion between threaded interfaces and tubes.

Installation Steps

Preparation
- Confirm that the PL Series Male Elbow size matches the tube size and threaded interface
- Prepare the required size of PU tube and appropriate tools
- Ensure the work area is clean and free of debris

Installation Process
- Wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape around the threaded end, being careful not to block the air passage
- Use a suitable wrench to tighten the threaded end into the threaded interface, being careful not to overtighten
- Cut the end of the PU tube straight, ensuring a perpendicular cut
- Push the PU tube into the push-in port; a "click" sound indicates proper installation
- To disassemble the tube, press the release sleeve on the push-in port and pull out the tube

- Gently pull the tube to confirm a secure connection
- Ensure the entire connection system is secure and reliable
