    Installation Steps

    1. Pre-installation Preparation

      • Verify that the cylinder model and specifications meet application requirements
      • Inspect the cylinder for any external damage
      • Clean the mounting surface, ensuring no impurities or burrs
      • Prepare necessary installation tools and accessories
    2. Mounting Position Selection

      • Determine the cylinder mounting position based on workpiece shape and processing requirements
      • Ensure no obstacles within the cylinder's rotation range
      • Reserve sufficient space for cylinder rotation and vertical movement
      • Ensure the mounting surface has sufficient strength to withstand clamping force
    3. Secure Installation

      • Fix the cylinder to the mounting surface using bolts
      • Ensure the cylinder is securely installed without looseness
      • Check that cylinder rotation is smooth without jamming
      • Adjust the cylinder rotation direction (left or right) as needed
    4. Piping Connection

      • Identify the cylinder's air inlet and exhaust ports
      • Connect to M5 or PT1/8 ports using appropriate air tubes and fittings
      • Ensure piping is tightly sealed without leakage
      • Install speed controllers if needed to adjust cylinder operating speed
    5. Magnetic Switch Installation (Optional)

      • Select the appropriate magnetic switch model
      • Install the magnetic switch in the switch groove on the cylinder body
      • Adjust the switch position to ensure triggering at the desired position
      • Connect switch signal wires to the control system

    Operation Guide

    1. Pre-start Check

      • Verify that the air supply pressure is within the specified range
      • Check that piping connections are correct
      • Ensure the operating environment temperature is within the allowable range
      • Verify that the cylinder is securely installed
      • Ensure no obstacles within the rotation range
    2. Basic Operation

      • Clamping Action:
        1. Compressed air enters from one port, driving the piston to rotate (90° or 180°)
        2. After rotating into position, the piston performs a vertical downward movement
        3. Workpiece clamping is completed
      • Unclamping Action:
        1. Compressed air enters from the other port, driving the piston to rise vertically
        2. After rising into position, the piston rotates back to its original position
        3. Workpiece unclamping is completed
    3. Pressure Adjustment

      • Adjust the operating air pressure based on workpiece material and clamping requirements
      • Higher air pressure results in greater clamping force
      • Ensure air pressure does not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 1.0MPa
      • Select appropriate minimum operating pressure based on bore size
    4. Speed Adjustment

      • Adjust cylinder operating speed using speed controllers
      • Turn the speed controller knob clockwise to decrease speed
      • Turn the speed controller knob counterclockwise to increase speed
      • Ensure speed is within the range of 30~500mm/s
    5. Operational Precautions

      • Avoid exceeding the cylinder's maximum clamping force
      • Do not suddenly load or unload during cylinder movement
      • Avoid lateral loads to prevent affecting cylinder life and performance
      • Regularly check that cylinder movement is smooth and free of abnormal noise

    Maintenance

    1. Daily Inspection

      • Check for piping leaks
      • Verify smooth cylinder operation
      • Check for loose mounting bolts
      • Verify no abnormal cylinder noise or vibration
    2. Regular Maintenance

      • Every 3 months:
        • Clean the cylinder exterior
        • Check installation status
        • Verify operational performance
      • Every 6 months:
        • Inspect seal condition
        • Perform functional tests
      • Annually:
        • Inspect bearing and rotating component wear
        • Check internal spring performance
    3. Lubrication

      • The SRC/ACK series features a lubrication-free design and typically requires no additional lubrication
      • If used for extended periods or in harsh environments, an appropriate amount of lubricating oil may be added as needed
      • Use recommended lubricant types and avoid incompatible lubricants
    4. Storage and Handling

      • Store in a dry, clean environment away from direct sunlight
      • Avoid storage temperatures below 0°C or above 60°C
      • Avoid severe impact and vibration during handling
      • Inspect the cylinder for damage before installation
