    Operation Guide

    1. Basic Operation

      • Fixed Type:
        • Press the foot pedal: Valve switches to working position, air supply connected
        • Press the foot pedal again: Valve returns to initial position, air supply disconnected
      • Type A (Spring Return Type):
        • Press the foot pedal: Valve switches to working position, air supply connected
        • Release the foot pedal: Valve returns to initial position under spring force, air supply disconnected
    2. Operation Precautions

      • Avoid excessive force when pressing the foot pedal
      • Operation frequency should not be too fast, recommended no more than 30 times per minute
      • Regularly check the elasticity of the foot pedal return spring (Type A only)

    Maintenance

    1. Daily Inspection

      • Check for air leakage at all connection points
      • Ensure smooth operation of the foot pedal without sticking
      • Clean dust and debris from the valve body surface
    2. Regular Maintenance

      • Every 3 months: Inspect and clean the air inlet filter
      • Every 6 months: Check the condition of seals and replace if necessary
      • Annually: Perform comprehensive performance testing
    3. Lubrication

      • No additional lubrication required
      • If increased operating resistance is noticed, add a small amount of pneumatic-specific lubricating oil to moving parts
