Installation Steps
-
Confirm Installation Location
- Select a stable mounting surface
- Ensure sufficient operating space
- Avoid installation in high temperature, humid, or corrosive environments
-
Connect Air Supply
- Confirm air supply pressure is within 0.15-0.8MPa range
- Connect air inlet (P), outlet (A/B), and exhaust (R) according to valve markings
- Use appropriate sealing materials to ensure tight connections
-
Secure the Valve Body
- Firmly fix the valve body to the mounting surface with screws
- Ensure the valve body does not move or vibrate during operation

Operation Guide
-
Basic Operation
- Fixed Type:
- Press the foot pedal: Valve switches to working position, air supply connected
- Press the foot pedal again: Valve returns to initial position, air supply disconnected
- Type A (Spring Return Type):
- Press the foot pedal: Valve switches to working position, air supply connected
- Release the foot pedal: Valve returns to initial position under spring force, air supply disconnected
-
Operation Precautions
- Avoid excessive force when pressing the foot pedal
- Operation frequency should not be too fast, recommended no more than 30 times per minute
- Regularly check the elasticity of the foot pedal return spring (Type A only)

Maintenance
-
Daily Inspection
- Check for air leakage at all connection points
- Ensure smooth operation of the foot pedal without sticking
- Clean dust and debris from the valve body surface
-
Regular Maintenance
- Every 3 months: Inspect and clean the air inlet filter
- Every 6 months: Check the condition of seals and replace if necessary
- Annually: Perform comprehensive performance testing
-
Lubrication
- No additional lubrication required
- If increased operating resistance is noticed, add a small amount of pneumatic-specific lubricating oil to moving parts
