Product Introduction
The SY Series Manifold from WENK Pneumatic is a high-performance air distribution solution designed to optimize pneumatic system efficiency and organization. This compact and durable manifold enables centralized air supply and exhaust for multiple solenoid valves, significantly reducing installation space and simplifying piping complexity.
Featuring a modular design with multiple stations, the SY Series Manifold allows flexible combination of various valve configurations, making it ideal for diverse industrial automation applications. Crafted from premium aluminum alloy with precision machining, it ensures reliable performance even in harsh operating environments. The manifold's uniform airflow distribution enhances system stability while simplifying maintenance and troubleshooting processes.

Installation Steps
-
Pre-installation Preparation
- Carefully read this user manual to confirm the product meets your requirements
- Inspect the product for any damage incurred during transportation
- Ensure the interior of the manifold is clean and free from debris or foreign objects
-
Installation Location Selection
- Choose an appropriate installation location based on system layout
- Ensure the mounting surface is flat and has sufficient space for pipe connections
- Avoid installation in high-temperature, humid, high-vibration, or corrosive environments
-
Mechanical Installation
- Secure the manifold to the mounting surface using appropriate screws
- Do not over-tighten screws to avoid damaging threads or the manifold
- Ensure the manifold is firmly installed without looseness
-
Solenoid Valve Installation
- Install sealing gaskets between the manifold and solenoid valves
- Ensure the protruding part of the gasket is properly aligned and snapped into the hole
- Install solenoid valves onto the manifold one by one
- Tighten screws alternately to avoid thread eccentricity caused by over-tightening on one side
- Ensure all solenoid valves are installed in the same direction
-
Piping Connection
- Install air source connectors at the inlet ports, using Teflon tape for sealing
- Install mufflers at the exhaust ports, using Teflon tape for sealing
- Install plugs to seal any unused ports
- Ensure all connections are secure and free from air leakage

Operation Guide
-
Initial Use
- Turn on the air supply and check for air leakage at all connections
- Observe system operation to ensure stable airflow
- If any abnormalities are detected, immediately shut off the air supply and inspect
-
Normal Operation
- Regularly check system pressure to ensure it remains within the specified range
- Monitor solenoid valve operation to ensure proper switching
- Pay attention to any abnormal noise or vibration during system operation
-
Operation Precautions
- Do not exceed the manifold's rated working pressure
- Avoid severe impact or vibration
- Do not disassemble or adjust components during operation
- Ensure the system operates in a clean and dry environment
