Installation Preparation
Tools Required
- Pipe cutting tool (such as a pipe cutter or sharp scissors)
- Measuring tape or ruler
- Sandpaper or file (for removing burrs)
- Appropriate size wrench
Materials Required
- WBUC Series Hand Valve
- Compatible pneumatic tubing (such as polyurethane, nylon, etc.)

Installation Steps
Tube Preparation
- Use a pipe cutting tool to cut the tube vertically, ensuring a clean, burr-free cut
- Gently sand or file the edge of the cut to remove any burrs or sharp edges
- Measure and mark the length of tube that needs to be inserted into the fitting (typically 2-3 times the tube diameter)
Hand Valve Installation
- Insert the prepared tube straight into one of the push-in ports of the hand valve until it reaches the internal stop
- Gently pull the tube to confirm it is securely connected (the tube should not be easily pulled out)
- Repeat steps 1-2 to connect the tube on the other end
- After installation, check if all connections are secure and ensure there are no leaks

Usage Precautions

Working Pressure: Use within the specified working pressure range of the product, avoid overpressure operation
