Installation Guide
Preparation Before Installation
- Confirm that the required valve specifications match the pipeline system requirements
- Check that the valve is intact without cracks, deformation, or other defects

- Ensure a clean working environment to prevent dust and impurities from entering the pipeline system
Installation Steps
- Shut off the system fluid supply to ensure no pressure during installation
- Check the valve flow direction marking (if any) to ensure correct installation orientation
- For threaded connections, wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape around the threads (clockwise direction)
- Connect the valve to the pipeline system and tighten moderately with a wrench, but do not over-tighten to avoid damaging the threads
- Check all connections for tightness and no leakage
- Slowly open the fluid supply and check if the valve operates normally

Operation Guide
Normal Operation

- For quarter-turn valves, when the handwheel rotates 90 degrees, the valve should be in the fully open or closed position

Multi-turn Valve Operation
- For valves requiring multiple rotations, note the handwheel positions when fully open and fully closed
- After the valve is fully open, reverse the handwheel slightly to ensure tight threading and prevent loosening damage
- During operation, if abnormal resistance is encountered, stop operation and check the cause
