    Installation Guide

    Preparation Before Installation

    1. Confirm that the required valve specifications match the pipeline system requirements

    4. Ensure a clean working environment to prevent dust and impurities from entering the pipeline system

    Installation Steps

    3. For threaded connections, wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape around the threads (clockwise direction)
    4. Connect the valve to the pipeline system and tighten moderately with a wrench, but do not over-tighten to avoid damaging the threads

    6. Slowly open the fluid supply and check if the valve operates normally

    Multi-turn Valve Operation

    1. For valves requiring multiple rotations, note the handwheel positions when fully open and fully closed
    2. After the valve is fully open, reverse the handwheel slightly to ensure tight threading and prevent loosening damage
    3. During operation, if abnormal resistance is encountered, stop operation and check the cause
