Product Introduction

Installation Guide
Preparation Before Installation
- Confirm that the required fitting specifications match the tube diameter and thread size
- Check that the fitting is intact without cracks, deformation, or other defects
- Prepare necessary tools: tube cutter, sandpaper or knife (for processing tubes)
- Ensure a clean working environment to prevent dust and impurities from entering the pneumatic system
Tube Connection Steps
- Use a tube cutter to cut the tube to the required length, ensuring a flat and perpendicular cut
- Gently remove burrs from the tube cut using sandpaper or a knife
- Clean the inner and outer walls of the tube to ensure no dust, oil, or other impurities
- Press the release ring (black or blue part) of the fitting
- Insert the tube straight into the fitting until it can no longer be inserted
- Release the release ring and gently pull the tube to confirm a secure connection
Threaded Connection Steps
- Check that the threaded interface is clean and undamaged
- For PT (taper pipe threads), wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape around the threads (clockwise direction)
- Align the threaded pneumatic component with the threaded interface of the fitting
- Gently screw in by hand to ensure proper thread engagement
- Use a suitable tool (such as a wrench) to tighten moderately, but do not over-tighten to avoid damaging the threads
- Check that the connection is secure and leak-free

Safety Precautions
- Ensure the system is depressurized before installation to avoid injury from high-pressure gas
- Select fitting specifications that match the working pressure
- Avoid use in environments with corrosive gases, liquids, or high temperatures unless the product is specifically rated for such conditions
- Regularly check the connection status of the fitting to ensure no loosening or leakage
- When disconnecting the tube, always press the release ring before pulling out the tube to avoid forcefully pulling and damaging the fitting or tube
Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the fitting appearance; replace promptly if there are cracks, deformation, or other abnormalities
- Keep the fitting clean to avoid accumulation of dust, oil, and other impurities
- If impurities are found inside the fitting, gently blow them out with compressed air
