Installation Preparation
Tools Required
- Pipe cutting tool (such as a pipe cutter or sharp scissors)
- Measuring tape or ruler
- Sandpaper or file (for removing burrs)

Materials Required
- WSL Series L-Type Flow Control Valve
- Compatible pneumatic tubing (such as polyurethane, nylon, etc.)
- Teflon tape (for thread sealing)

Installation Steps
Tube Preparation
- Use a pipe cutting tool to cut the tube vertically, ensuring a clean, burr-free cut
- Gently sand or file the edge of the cut to remove any burrs or sharp edges
- Measure and mark the length of tube that needs to be inserted into the fitting (typically 2-3 times the tube diameter)
L-Type Flow Control Valve Installation
- If thread connection is required, wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape around the threaded part (in clockwise direction)
- Insert the prepared tube straight into the push-in port of the L-type flow control valve until it reaches the internal stop
- Gently pull the tube to confirm it is securely connected (the tube should not be easily pulled out)
- Connect the threaded end of the flow control valve to the corresponding pneumatic component, tightening moderately with a wrench
- After installation, check if all connections are secure and ensure there are no leaks

Usage Precautions
