    Installation Steps

    Tube Preparation

    1. Use a pipe cutting tool to cut the tube vertically, ensuring a clean, burr-free cut
    2. Gently sand or file the edge of the cut to remove any burrs or sharp edges
    3. Measure and mark the length of tube that needs to be inserted into the fitting (typically 2-3 times the tube diameter)

    L-Type Flow Control Valve Installation

    1. If thread connection is required, wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape around the threaded part (in clockwise direction)
    2. Insert the prepared tube straight into the push-in port of the L-type flow control valve until it reaches the internal stop
    3. Gently pull the tube to confirm it is securely connected (the tube should not be easily pulled out)
    4. Connect the threaded end of the flow control valve to the corresponding pneumatic component, tightening moderately with a wrench
    5. After installation, check if all connections are secure and ensure there are no leaks

    Usage Precautions

    • Working Pressure: Use within the specified working pressure range of the product, avoid overpressure operation
    • Working Temperature: Avoid use in extreme temperature environments, refer to product technical specifications

    • Flow Adjustment: Rotate the control knob to adjust flow, clockwise to decrease flow, counterclockwise to increase flow

    • Proper Disassembly: If disassembly is required, first release system pressure, then press the release collar on the push-in port while pulling out the tube

    4. Valve body damage

      • Solution: Replace with a new valve, avoid using improper tools
