YBPLF Series Female Thread Elbow - User Guide

Product Introduction
The YBPLF Series Female Thread Elbow is a high-quality pneumatic connection component manufactured by WENK Pneumatic. It features a 90-degree elbow design with a female threaded interface on one end and a push-in port on the other, used to connect male threaded components with PU tubing in pneumatic systems. This fitting has a compact structure, is easy to install, and is suitable for various pneumatic control systems.

Installation Guide
Preparation
- Required tools: Appropriate size wrench, tube cutting tool, cleaning agent, Teflon tape or thread sealant
- Check the fitting for any damage or deformation
- Confirm that the fitting specifications match the pipes and male threaded components to be connected
- Clean the interior of the fitting to ensure no foreign objects or impurities
Installation Steps
- Use a tube cutting tool to cut the PU tube to a vertical plane, ensuring no burrs or deformation
- Clean the exterior of the pipe to remove dust and grease
- Wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape (clockwise direction) or apply thread sealant to the male threads to be connected
- Hand-thread the female threaded end of the fitting with the male threaded component, ensuring proper thread engagement
- Use a wrench to tighten the threaded connection appropriately, avoiding excessive force that may damage the threads
- Fully insert the PU tube into the push-in end of the fitting, ensuring it reaches the bottom
- Gently pull the pipe to confirm it is securely connected and cannot be pulled out

Usage and Maintenance
Usage Parameters
- Working pressure range: 0-1.0MPa
- Working temperature range: 0-80°C
- Applicable pipe: PU tube
- Applicable medium: Compressed air and compatible liquids
Maintenance Points
- Regularly check the fitting for leakage, corrosion, or damage
- Keep the fitting clean to avoid accumulation of dust and impurities
- When not in use for extended periods, store the fitting in a dry, well-ventilated environment
- Avoid subjecting the fitting to severe impact or heavy pressure

Troubleshooting
-
Loose Pipe Connection
- Ensure the pipe is fully inserted to the bottom of the fitting
- Check if the pipe is worn or aged
-
Leakage at Threaded Connection
- Re-tighten the threaded connection using appropriate tools
- Check if Teflon tape or sealant is sufficient; reapply if necessary
-
Fitting Damage
- If cracks or deformation are found in the fitting, replace it with a new one immediately
