Installation Steps

Preparation
- Confirm that the panel thickness is suitable for the YBPM Series Bulkhead Union
- Prepare the required size of PU tube
- Ensure the work area is clean and free of debris

Installation Process
- Drill an appropriately sized hole in the panel
- Insert the YBPM Series Bulkhead Union through the hole from one side of the panel
- Install and tighten the nut from the other side of the panel to secure the connector
- Push the PU tube directly into both ends of the connector; a "click" sound indicates proper installation

- Gently pull the tube to confirm a secure connection
- Check for air leakage at the connection points
- Ensure the bulkhead union is firmly installed on the panel without looseness
