- Check that the tube diameter matches the fitting size
- Verify that the system pressure is within the fitting's rated pressure

- Insert the tube into the fitting until it reaches the tube stop
- You will feel a slight resistance when the tube passes the grab-ring
- Continue pushing until the tube bottoms out against the stop
- Pull gently on the tube to confirm it is securely held in place
