Installation Instructions
Tools Required
- None (tool-free installation)
Preparation
- Ensure the tube end is cut straight and clean
- Remove any burrs or debris from the tube end
- Check that the tube diameter matches the fitting size
- Verify that the system pressure is within the fitting's rated pressure
Installation Steps

Insert the tube into the fitting until it reaches the tube stop
- You will feel a slight resistance when the tube passes the grab-ring
- Continue pushing until the tube bottoms out against the stop

Pull gently on the tube to confirm it is securely held in place
- The tube should not come out when pulled lightly

For threaded connections:
- Apply thread sealant or Teflon tape to the male threads if necessary
- Screw the fitting into the threaded port by hand
- Tighten with a wrench if needed (do not over-tighten)
Insert the tube into the fitting until it reaches the tube stop

- Verify that the collet is not stuck or damaged
- Inspect the fitting for any internal obstructions
Tube Cannot Be Removed
- Ensure the collet is being pushed in fully
- Check for any damage to the collet or release mechanism
- Use pliers to gently pull the tube while holding the collet
- Replace the fitting if the tube cannot be removed
