YHPL-C Series Miniature Threaded Elbow Fitting User Guide

1. Product Introduction
The YHPL-C Series miniature threaded elbow fitting is a high-quality pneumatic connection component introduced by WENK Pneumatic, specifically designed for precision pneumatic systems with limited space.
-
Product Features:
- 90° elbow design, suitable for pipeline systems requiring direction change
- Compact size, saving approximately 40% space compared to standard types
- Elliptical release ring design for quick tube assembly and disassembly
- Stainless steel clamping claws securely fix the tube without damaging the surface
- Nitrile rubber sealing ring ensures reliable sealing
-
Application Scenarios:
- Automated machinery and equipment
- Medical devices
- Precision instruments and meters
- Pneumatic systems with limited space

2. Installation Instructions
2.1 Preparation
- Ensure the working environment is clean, free of dust and impurities
- Prepare necessary tools: appropriate wrench, tube cutting tool
- Check if the tube meets specification requirements (PU or PVC material)
2.2 Installation Steps
-
Tube Preparation:
- Use a dedicated cutting tool to cut the tube vertically, ensuring a flat cut
- Remove burrs and dust from the tube port
-
Thread Connection:
- Screw the threaded end of the fitting into the equipment interface
- Tighten with an appropriate wrench (Note: Use appropriate tools for M3 threads to avoid excessive force)
- For occasions requiring sealing, Teflon tape can be used for auxiliary sealing
-
Tube Connection:
- Ensure the tube cut is clean
- Firmly insert the tube into the fitting until it cannot be pushed further
- Gently pull the tube to confirm it is securely connected

3. Usage Method
3.1 Working Parameters
-
Applicable Fluid: Clean compressed air
-
Working Pressure: 0.1-1.0MPa
-
Working Temperature: 0-80°C
-
Applicable Tube: PU or PVC material
3.2 Operating Precautions
- Ensure system pressure does not exceed the maximum working pressure of 1.0MPa
- Avoid use in environments beyond the temperature range
- Regularly check if the tube connection is secure
- Do not forcefully insert or remove the tube while the system is running
3.3 Disassembly Method
- Pinch the elliptical release ring with thumb and index finger
- Pull out the tube outward simultaneously
- If the fitting needs to be disassembled, use appropriate tools to unscrew the threaded part

4. Maintenance
4.1 Daily Inspection
- Regularly check if the fitting has leakage
- Check if the tube has aging, cracks, or damage
- Confirm if the threaded connection part is loose
4.2 Cleaning and Maintenance
- Use dry, clean compressed air to blow off the fitting surface
- If necessary, wipe the fitting surface with a neutral detergent
- Avoid using corrosive solvents for cleaning
4.3 Storage Method
- Unused fittings should be stored in a dry, clean environment
- Avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature environments
- Recommended storage temperature is between -10°C and 40°C

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Common Problems and Solutions
-
Tube leakage
- Uneven tube cut: Re-cut the tube, ensuring a vertical and flat cut
- Tube not fully inserted: Ensure the tube is fully inserted to the bottom of the fitting
- Damaged sealing ring: Replace with a new fitting
-
Threaded connection leakage
- Thread not tightened: Properly tighten with a wrench
- Poor thread sealing: Use Teflon tape for auxiliary sealing
-
Difficulty inserting tube
- Impurities inside the fitting: Clean the inside of the fitting
- Incorrect tube size: Use the correct specification of tube
